Group Training

We provide RTM Protocol™ training for groups at a discounted rate. Dedicated group training is available for groups of 12 or more. Groups of less than 12 can join regularly scheduled training and may be eligible for a discount. Please contact Jon Hamblin for more information at Jon@pttinow.com or 423-817-8973.

Licensed Mental Health Professionals, and those under the supervision of an LMHP, are eligible for RTM Protocol™ training. This training qualifies as an advanced-level course with up to 19-21 Continuing Education (CE) credits offered for most LMHPs. Eligibility varies based on an LMPH’s state of certification. Register for Training

Training will include everything an LMPH needs to successfully deliver the RTM Protocol™ treatment. This includes:

  • Articulate the framework and each step of the RTM Protocol™
  • Explain how to help others eliminate the feelings that accompanied their traumatic memories
  • Describe ways to increase your behavioral flexibility
  • Explain how to motivate your clients to work with you to use the RTM Protocol™
  • Restate the pre-screen & intake process for appropriate client selection
  • Summarize the diagnostic criteria and behavioral evaluation of clinical success
  • Role-play your visual and auditory acuity and calibration skills
  • Describe how to help a client regain their "center" if they become non-resourceful
  • Delineate how to quickly build rapport with challenging clients to address their trauma issues
  • Demonstrate confidence and competence in using the RTM Protocol™

For certification, each LMHP will be coached by a trainer and complete two successful cases of RTM Protocol™ treatments, including three sessions with pre- and post-assessments. This is usually completed within three months of the training.
