Beth Armstead, M.A., LPCC, has practiced in New Mexico since 1998. She participated in RTM training in Albuquerque, NM in 2025 and became Certified in RTM in early 2026. She contracts with Rasmussen Counseling, a private practice in Albuquerque however her office is in Grants, NM. Beth works with children, teens and adults. She incorporates RTM into many client's treatment plans for trauma.
