About
I am a client-centred psychologist and a Certified RTM Protocol Practitioner. Since 2018, I have been helping adults overcome stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and the impact of traumatic experiences. My approach is based on empathy, respect, and the belief that every person has the inner capacity to heal and grow when provided with the right support. I graduated from the Kyiv Institute of Modern Psychology and Psychotherapy and completed additional training in Sexology and Family Relationships. I also hold a Level 2 Counselling Skills qualification from Agored Cymru (Wales, UK). I work both online and in person, providing a safe, supportive space where clients can reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater confidence and resilience.
