About
Cindy Valenzuela, MA, LPCC is a licensed professional clinical counselor and the founder of Espavo Healing & Wellness. She provides trauma-informed, holistic psychotherapy that honors the mind–body–spirit connection and supports clients in healing, regulation, and personal empowerment. Cindy holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of New Mexico (CACREP-accredited) and has extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and diverse communities in both clinical and educational settings. Her integrative approach draws from evidence-based modalities such as EMDR and trauma-focused therapies, alongside somatic and culturally responsive practices, creating a grounded and compassionate space for healing and growth.
