I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who partners with high achievers, entrepreneurs, and driven professionals navigating anxiety, perfectionism, depression, and the relentless pressure to perform. I’m especially drawn to working with individuals in fast-paced, high-stakes fields—such as finance, tech, healthcare, and law—where success is visible on the outside, but the emotional toll often goes unspoken and there’s little space to slow down or reflect.

While I’m clinically trained and practice as a counselor, my consulting work is centered on transformation rather than traditional talk therapy. I specialize in supporting high-achieving professionals who are seeking more than symptom management—they want clarity, emotional regulation, inner peace, and meaningful change. My approach integrates psychology, spiritual principles, somatic awareness, and deep self-examination to facilitate inner awakening and lasting shifts in how clients relate to themselves, their work, and their relationships.

I also incorporate the RTM (Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories) protocol, offering many clients rapid relief from distressing symptoms by addressing the root of emotional and nervous system patterns—often without the need to relive painful experiences. My work is grounded, compassionate, and results-oriented, helping clients move out of survival mode and into lives marked by self-trust, presence, and purpose.
