As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in trauma, I am dedicated to helping individuals heal from the profound impacts of PTSD and complex trauma (C-PTSD). I specialize in neurological and evidence-based interventions that allow clients to find relief without having to endlessly relive past painful memories. As a trained provider in the Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) protocol, I utilize this highly effective, gentle intervention to help clients safely reprocess traumatic memories. To provide comprehensive, tailored care, I also integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other advanced trauma-informed modalities. My goal is to help you move past survival mode. Together, we will update how your brain stores traumatic memories so you can reclaim your peace, rebuild your relationships, and thrive in the present.
