Tara M Lobaina, MS, LMFT

Tara is a native New Mexican, the wife of an Army combat veteran, and a devoted mother. She earned her master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University of Honolulu.

Tara utilizes a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM). She works with adults facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other concerns.

Tara is committed to helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change while living with greater authenticity and purpose.
