Meet the RTM Training Team! 


WillCoching

Will Murray- Lead Trainer

Will has been part of the RTM team since 2016.  Will was a research team member in the veteran’s study at the Mind Research Network, has been on the training team for several certification courses and helps trained clinicians gain their RTM certifications through coaching and certification assessment. For more than 40 years Will has worked with non-profit organizations and their leaders in 650 organizations in 48 states and nine countries.  He has designed and conducted performance trainings in the US, Canada, China and Ecuador.

He also is a licensed triathlon coach certified by the national governing body USA Triathlon, working with endurance athletes on their mental skills.  Will is an endurance athlete, competing in triathlon, cycling and running and is also a mountaineer, having summited all the 14,000-foot peaks in the US outside of Alaska and also peaks in Nepal and Kenya.

  He has 30 years of NLP practice working clients and has experience in trauma, especially the RTM Protocol.

Will’s publication list includes the books The Four Pillars of Triathlon: Vital Mental Conditioning for Endurance Athletes (with co-author Craig Howie) and Uncle: The Definitive Guide for Becoming the World’s Greatest Aunt or Uncle and 170 articles and book chapters, as well as more than 120 professional presentations.  Both of his books are critically and economically unacclaimed

Will has a college degree in biology and a teaching credential.  He taught science and outdoor education before beginning his non-profit career.  He lives in Boulder, CO with Margie Williams, his wife of 18 years; they ski, climb, camp, flyfishrun, cycle, swim and read books together.

Lisa de Rijk (Wake) -European Director for Research and Development
Lisa has a 20+ year track record of working in the public, private and third sector as a Coach, Change Management Consultant, Facilitator, Trainer and Supervisor.

Author of Neurolinguistic Psychotherapy: A Postmodern Perspective; The Role of Brief Therapies in Attachment Disorder; and NLP Principles in Practice, and lead editor for The Clinical Effectiveness of Neurolinguistic Programming. With a PhD in Psychology from Surrey University, Lisa is also accredited by the UKCP as a neurolinguistic psychotherapist and is a Master Trainer of NLP.


Lisa
 has served as Chair and Vice Chair of UKCP and in 2013, Lisa was made an Honorary Fellow of UKCP. Lisa is advisor to Association of NLP.



Jan Prince
Jan was in private practice as a registered psychotherapist and coach in Colorado from 1985 to 2016 before moving to Wisconsin where she has a coaching practice which offers tools to professionals who seek help identifying goals and strategies to success.

She was director of NLP of the Rockies, a NeuroLinguistic Programming training firm, from 2012 until 2016 and was a trainer for with NLP Comprehensive from 2002 to 2010. She got her NLP Practitioner training from NLP of Colorado in 1985, and has a degree in Psychology.

Jan has conducted workshops on competent communication, conflict management, and dealing with challenging health issues to organizations as diverse as city councils, small businesses, and large corporations in the US and internationally such as Nokia, Citicorp, and Kaiser Permanente.

In addition to numerous articles in trade newspapers and newsletters, she is co-author of From the Inside Out: Building a Healthy Identity, a book published in English, German and Finnish. From the Inside Out is a workbook for those in the psychotherapy or coaching professions.




Gerry Schmidt 30+ year career in executive coaching, organizational and leadership development, with a strong emphasis in culture change and change management. Gerry brings a robust history of personal change coaching/psychotherapy and training which informs his organizational work.

He has been a student of personal and organizational change his entire career. During the past 16 years he has designed and facilitated numerous sessions to deliver programs for executive teams that focused on better execution of core strategies, conflict resolution, building adaptive workplaces, and coaching leaders to navigate environments of rapid change. Strength is in linking leadership and organizational effectiveness to specific business performance objectives such as innovation, quality, market growth, and employee and customer satisfaction. Gerry’s style is very interactive, and uses principles of action learning to ensure rapid implementation


Robert Harrison

Robert Harrison is an internationally recognized trainer and developer in the areas of NLP, Coaching, Hypnosis, and Personality Profiling.  He is the author of ‘First 50 Clients: A Toolkit for Hypnotists and Coaches’, The Professional Hypnotists Toolbox, Relationship Tune-Up, and 7 Survival Skills of the 21st Century Career Marketplace.  Robert also, after working with the chronically mentally ill for over a decade, developed a model known as the ‘ Structure of Upset’. 

He has been dedicated to the art and science of helping others improve their lives for over 20 years. Even though he still works in the clinic with clients 1-on-1 most days, he also teaches at two of the largest Hypnosis Conventions each year, co-trains the Practitioner, Master Practitioner in NLP, and WealthyMind™ Program with Tim Hallbom, Kris Hallbom and Suzi Smith, and mentors working Hypnotists & Coaches in the US and abroad to build a successful business. Robert is a Board Certified Hypnotist, Certified Hypnosis Trainer, NLP trainer, coach, and consultant. He has worked exclusively as a coach, consultant, hypnotist, and trainer for over 13 years.

He enjoys helping companies meet wellness goals, reduces health care costs, and increase their overall performance.
